He was about my most sought after journalist in Nigeria due to his depth of knowledge & versatility as well as his humane demeanor... I kept wondering over time why he wasn't engaged by govt to practicalize some of his lofty ideas before this sad news. I guessed the answers to that may not be far fetched except he had declined such offers in the past. He'll be sorely missed. What his passing tells me is that we have to do whatever we need to do here in a hurry as our time here is limited...
